Direct-sale terms
Terms applying to direct purchases of digital content on 22routes, effective September 23, 2026.
1. Seller and scope The content is sold by Clervie Fournier, individual entrepreneur (EI), SIREN 929472314, SIRET 92947231400012, 22 rue du Docteur Laennec, 56300 Pontivy, France. Contact: contact@22routes.com. These terms apply to direct purchases on 22routes. Etsy orders remain managed on Etsy under the listing and terms applicable when purchased.
2. Products and license 22routes templates are digital content for editing in Canva. No physical item or printing service is supplied. The product page identifies the template language and what you are buying. French products are delivered as a PDF containing the guide and template access. English listings 4541679733 and 4544312014 provide the same ZIP containing the guide and example; they are not two different creations.
You need an Internet connection, a Canva account and a device that can open PDFs and, for English products, a ZIP archive. The guide contains instructions and template access. The compatibility and features stated on the product page form part of the offer. Canva is a separate service subject to its own terms.
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. After payment has been verified and the contract confirmation sent, files become available in your 22routes account, accessed with the email address used for the purchase. The confirmation message links to your account; it does not attach the purchased files. You can keep downloaded files on your device. Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.
The license allows personal, noncommercial use: customize the template with your text and photos, keep the finished newspaper, print it and give it to family or friends. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the editable template, Canva link or access files is not permitted. Rights to any photos and text you add remain with their respective owners. Commercial use requires separate permission. This license does not restrict consumers’ statutory guarantees.
For a download, access or conformity issue, email contact@22routes.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details. This purchase does not include a service to personalize the design for you or print it.
3. Prices and ordering The total offer price is shown in euros before payment. The seller applies the French small-business VAT exemption: VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Before paying, check the product, template language, price and your email address. You can return to the product page to correct your selection. If the offer has changed since you viewed it, the website asks you to review the new offer before continuing. No additional charge is added without express agreement. The order contains one unit of the selected product. The final action states the obligation to pay; accepted terms are then sent in a form you can keep.
4. Payment and delivery Card payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. Any verification required by your bank takes place within that flow. Returning to 22routes does not by itself confirm payment: the result is checked with Stripe. Complete card numbers are not stored in the 22routes database.
You request immediate supply and separately acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once supply starts with your consent, under the conditions in section 5. After payment is verified, we email the contract confirmation containing your order, accepted terms, both agreements, guarantees and withdrawal form. Files then become available in your account, accessed with the email address used for the purchase. Supply starts automatically after these steps. If payment is pending, the confirmation send has not been confirmed or a security review is needed, access remains pending. Contact contact@22routes.com if you have difficulty; statutory remedies for failure to supply or non-conformity remain applicable.
5. Withdrawal You normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost when supply starts with your prior express consent, your acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Accepting general terms or paying is not sufficient. Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.
If the right remains available, use “Withdraw from this contract” at https://22routes.com/withdrawal/, the model form, or any clear statement emailed to contact@22routes.com or mailed to Clervie Fournier, 22 rue du Docteur Laennec, 56300 Pontivy, France. Valid withdrawal requests result in a refund of the sums due within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.
The free online function is available throughout the open withdrawal period, under “Withdraw from this contract”. It allows you to give your first and last name, identify the contract and choose the email address for the acknowledgement, then confirm withdrawal. A durable acknowledgement includes your statement, its date and time. You may still report a conformity issue after the right of withdrawal is lost.
6. Conformity and statutory refunds Downloading does not remove statutory guarantees. If there is a defect, you may request conformity free of charge and without undue delay and, where the law provides, a price reduction or termination with a refund. Refunds due following such reduction or termination are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification of the decision, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost. The full statutory notice accompanies these terms. Mandatory store credit, blanket no-refund exclusions or complaint fees do not replace those rights.
7. Complaints and mediation Email complaints to contact@22routes.com or write to Clervie Fournier, 22 rue du Docteur Laennec, 56300 Pontivy, France, with the order reference and a description of the problem.
Consumer mediator: to be appointed. For complaints, contact contact@22routes.com.
This pending appointment does not restrict your statutory rights, including access to free consumer mediation under the applicable conditions or to the competent court.
8. Protecting the service Accessing another person’s orders or bypassing access controls is prohibited. Unusual activity may justify proportionate checks; only necessary information is requested. A decision may be challenged through support. Checks do not remove guarantee rights or remedies for unauthorised payments.
9. Data and applicable rules The privacy policy explains the data used, purposes, recipients, retention and your rights. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing. These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of more protective mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence. They do not impose exclusive French jurisdiction on consumers or restrict statutory remedies.
10. Keeping your terms The emailed confirmation reproduces the terms and agreements accepted with the order. You can save it and keep it on your device. The accepted version is also recorded with the order; you can request a copy from contact@22routes.com using the order reference. Later website changes do not change an existing contract.
Statutory guarantee — one-off supply
English translation of the French statutory notice for one-off supply under Article D211-3 of the French Consumer Code. This translation does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
The consumer has two years from supply of the digital content or digital service to invoke the statutory conformity guarantee if a lack of conformity appears. For one year from the supply date, the consumer need only establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The statutory conformity guarantee includes an obligation to provide all updates necessary to maintain conformity of the digital content or digital service.
The statutory conformity guarantee entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay after their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or digital service, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service, if: 1. The trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity; 2. Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity is unduly delayed; 3. The digital content or digital service cannot be brought into conformity without costs being imposed on the consumer; 4. Bringing the digital content or digital service into conformity causes significant inconvenience to the consumer; 5. The lack of conformity persists despite the trader’s unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination when the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate reduction or termination. In that case, the consumer need not first request that the digital content or digital service be brought into conformity.
Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer may terminate the contract only if it does not provide for payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable for the purpose of bringing it into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until conforming digital content or a conforming digital service is supplied again.
These rights arise under Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader who obstructs implementation of the statutory conformity guarantee in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to EUR 300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is kept, or a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service.
