01Will I receive a printed newspaper?
No. You are buying a digital template to personalise in Canva. Add your words and photos, then download your design to print at home or with a print shop. No physical item is shipped.
02What can I change in the template?
You can replace text and photos with your own memories in Canva. Each product page lists the details and elements included in that template.
03Is the template in English or French?
The template language is shown on every product page. Check it before you choose: changing the website language does not translate the template.
04Where will I find my purchase?
After paying on 22routes, your confirmation email links to your account. Sign in with the email address used at checkout to download your files. For a previous Etsy order, use Purchases on Etsy or the link in your order email.
05What should I check before sharing my design?
Read the usage terms on the purchased listing. They explain the permitted uses of the template and finished design. If you are unsure about sharing or a particular use, ask the shop before proceeding.
06I need help with an Etsy order.
Message 22routes on Etsy with your order number. Previous Etsy purchases are not automatically transferred to your 22routes account.
