Withdrawal and refunds

The information and terms below apply to direct purchases of digital content on 22routes.

You normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost when supply starts with your prior express consent, your acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation on a durable medium. Accepting general terms or paying is not sufficient. Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

If the right remains available, use “Withdraw from this contract” at https://22routes.com/withdrawal/, the model form, or any clear statement emailed to contact@22routes.com or mailed to Clervie Fournier, 22 rue du Docteur Laennec, 56300 Pontivy, France. Valid withdrawal requests result in a refund of the sums due within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.

The free online function is available throughout the open withdrawal period, under “Withdraw from this contract”. It allows you to give your first and last name, identify the contract and choose the email address for the acknowledgement, then confirm withdrawal. A durable acknowledgement includes your statement, its date and time. You may still report a conformity issue after the right of withdrawal is lost.

Before early supply, two separate consents are requested without preselected boxes. They are confirmed with your contract by email before access.

I request that supply of the digital content starts immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

I acknowledge that once supply has started with my consent, I lose my right of withdrawal for this digital content.

Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

A valid loss of the withdrawal right does not remove statutory guarantees. Content that does not match its description or work with the stated requirements may be brought into conformity free of charge, without undue delay or significant inconvenience.

Where the law provides, you may request a price reduction or termination with a refund. A minor defect in paid content does not entitle you to terminate. A sufficiently serious defect may justify an immediate remedy. The full statutory notice appears in the terms of sale.

A valid withdrawal results in a refund of the sums due within 14 days of notification. A refund due following a price reduction or termination for non-conformity is made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification of the decision.

The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost. Compulsory store credit does not replace a statutory refund.

This pending appointment does not restrict your statutory rights, including access to free consumer mediation under the applicable conditions or to the competent court.

A security check is not proof of fraud. Checks must be proportionate and open to discussion with support. Remedies for unauthorised payments and statutory guarantees are not removed by our terms.
